Introduction

We take health seriously

To evolve you need a healthy body.

If your own health is at risk or already compromised, you will not be able to support your own evolution or that of the community.

Argument.

Poor health is a burden on society. Not only in terms of resources, but also in terms of your absence.

In poor health, you will take up the time and energy of everyone around you. Your family, your community and the people who love you. This is time that could have been spent actually supporting, uplifting and helping your family and community. Decreased health also poses a long-term risk, as your community cannot rely on you to be there for them.

Your health also affects how you and your community are perceived by others. Will you be seen as part of a strong and healthy community or as part of a weak one? This could have a long-term impact on your community’s relationship with other communities.

Recommendations.

Healthcare should be our primary concern and should be available to everyone.

Healthcare should also be provided with a holistic, open-minded approach.

It should focus on preventing disease as well as treating it. Identifying the root cause of a problem is more important than treating the symptoms. This not only ensures long-term success for each patient, but also helps to prevent future incidents by identifying the root cause of a problem.

Healthcare should also be fully integrated into other areas such as food, working and living conditions as well as daily activities (sport, mental health etc).

How does this apply to the Codex and your daily life?

Mental health comes before physical health.

You cannot become physically healthy if your mind does not allow it. Your physical health is directly related to your current state of mind. If you are under pressure, feeling anxiety, sadness or any kind of stress, it is unlikely that you will be able to find the extra energy needed to live healthier.

This is where the Codex comes in. The Codex takes away much of your pain and stress as you are in the process of finding and living your purpose. The more you allow yourself to merge with the Codex, the less problematic you will see your environment. Whether it is your job, your financial situation or your family situation. Your environment becomes tolerable and this allows you to preserve energy, energy that you can use and invest in your own health.

When you reach a mindset that allows you to focus on your health, you should begin to prioritise your intake rather than your physical body. Everything you are, every thought you have ever had, every action you have ever taken, is based on your physical body, which is an accumulation of the food you have ingested. Your body is just a collection of all the different things you have eaten and drunk throughout your life. Why is this so important? Basically, it shows how much influence food can have on the body and also on a person’s thoughts and behaviour. Wrong food can make your body so sick that it needs extra care. Wrong food will have a negative effect on your emotions, your ability to focus and concentrate. Wrong food can support anxiety and depression.

Only after you have focused on and controlled your diet should you focus on other health-promoting measures, such as general movement, exercise or sport.
